Research Interests

In general, I am passionate about solving biological and human health problems using computers and welcome collaborations. I am interested in a variety of research areas involving -omics data science and have manuscripts being reviewed / am in the process of preparing manuscripts in the areas listed below.

 

Science Communication

I developed the following infographics to explain complex scientific concepts to lay audiences while working for the Canadian COVID-19 Genomics Network (CanCOGeN). I also developed a map of genes and proteins in the SARS-CoV-2 genome for use by researchers
